How to Upload FIT Files
Export from Garmin Connect
In Garmin Connect (web or app), open your activity and click the gear icon → "Export Original". This downloads the .FIT file with all your sensor data.
Create Your Pipeline
In FitGlue, create a pipeline with "File Upload" as the source. Add your desired boosters—we recommend Location Naming, Weather, Elevation Summary, and Heart Rate Summary.
Upload Your FIT File
In your FitGlue dashboard, go to Upload and select your .FIT file. Optionally add a custom title and description.
